Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Edifier account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
